  • Broken or Faulty Atomizer: If the perfume atomizer is broken or not functioning properly upon delivery.
  • Damage During Postage: If the product is damaged during shipping, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

2. Important Requirements for Returns

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and returned with the original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to postage damage. (The video must clearly show the package being opened without cuts or edits.)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic damage to the box/packaging that does not affect product functionality.

3. How to Request a Return
